Fourth-place finish in Rockabilly 45 at I-30

Kyle Beard was one of 28 Comp Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) entries on hand at Texarkana 67 Speedway (Texarkana, Ark.) on Friday night for the $3,000 top prize. Following the third fastest lap in his time trial group, Beard posted a third place finish in his heat, which positioned him ninth on the starting grid for the opening night feature. Improving three spots in the 40-lap affair, Beard notched a sixth place finish.

The following night at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Ark.) for the 10th annual Rockabilly 45, Beard locked his spot into the $5,000-to-win A-Main with a third place finish in his heat. Rolling off 10th, Kyle passed six cars in the 45-lapper to place fourth behind Payton Looney, Logan Martin, and Spencer Hughes with Brian Rickman coming in fifth.

Kyle has climbed to ninth in the lastest CCSDS point standings.
