Kyle Beard follows CCSDS to Legit Speedway Park

After more than a two-month hiatus due to the ongoing Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, Kyle Beard invaded Legit Speedway Park (West Plains, Mo.) on Saturday night for the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) doubleheader. With a stout field of 49 cars on hand for the Missouri Hardwoods Back to the Future 50, Beard edged his way into the $10,000-to-win A-Main with the third and final transfer spot in his heat. On Sunday afternoon for the West Plains Resaw Back to Business 30, Kyle recorded the ninth fastest time in his qualifying group before placing fourth in his heat. Needing a second place finish or better in his B-Main to make the $9,000-to-win finale, Beard came two spots short with a fourth place outing.
