Beard fifth in House Divided 40 at Whynot Motorsports Park
Kyle Beard traveled to Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Miss.) on Friday afternoon for the House Divided 40 doubleheader weekend with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series.
For the weekend opener, Beard gained two spots in his heat race which placed him on the sixth-row of the 40-lap feature. With $5,000 on the line, Kyle quietly snuck into the Top-10 to finish ninth.
With the field elevated to 36 cars on Saturday, Kyle transferred to the feature via a B-Main after falling back in his heat race. Rolling off 18th in the second $5,000-to-win event of the weekend, Beard charged into the Top-10 just past halfway and continued to pass five more competitors on his way to a fifth-place outing.
